360 Goldstar Sport - Work in progress
We show how we are building
your boat. In our production facility in
Ostellato, in the North of Italy, close to Ferrara, we developed
the model and the mold and now we are producing the first
samples of the new lobster 360 Goldstar Sport.
Looking at the hull (black mold) you can see the immense volume of
this 36 feet boat that has significantly more interior
space than its competitors.
The hull is laminated with multiaxial fabrics and
high-quality vinylester resins, which respectively
give high strength to the boat and oppose resistance to the osmotic
problems.
The deck (green mold) is made by sandwich technology, because its
lightness allows good performance, low power consumption and
excellent stability, thanks a low center of
gravity.
The deckhouse (pink model) is an important design element. It has
been designed, as the whole boat, by Zuccheri Yacht
Design; Maurizio and Edoardo Zuccheri (in
the picture) have followed the works continuosly.
This is how we build our boats, with care and attention, to
navigate, to charm, to last.
